More Benjamin!

    Benjamin and Abby (his mom) are moving back to Minnesota. :( On the bright side, I saw him yesterday! He now weighs 11 pounds (That's about how much I weighed when I was born!) He has blue eyes, just like Abby. (When i saw him in the hospital, he didn't open his eyes.) He's now 2 months old. He rolled over twice ( which is pretty good for a 2 month old!) I held him this morning (He was a little fussy.) I didn't get to hold him in the hospital because there wasn't a good chair to sit in there. I hope they visit soon!
(P.S. sorry i haven't posted in a while... i haven't found any good news worth posting about.)

Welcome Baby Benjamin! Benjamin James Flantz was born on March 2, 2011 at 7:00 pm. He weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce. He is 21 inches long. His mom is my mom's friend Abby Flantz. Here's some advice to Benjamin. Always be nice to your mom, because they're pretty important. Plus, they'll do stuff for you.

IN THE NEWS

           Hey! I just wanted to talk about some things on the news recently. One HUGE thing is the protests is Cairo, Egypt. They wanted the president out of office so they could have a democracy, a government like the United States. the protests lasted 18 days, and two days ago the president resigned. Many people in Cairo are happy. They are supposed to have elections in September. I hope the Egyptian people do well with their  new government.
          Today, my brother Jack's basketball team had their first loss. The score was 38-41, a painfully close game. Jack was angry because he said the referee made some bad calls.

New House!!!

This is the view from our new house in Portland, Oregon. It is very pretty because you can see a lot of the mountains. I love my new room! My room is next to the stairs, so there is a little space under the stairs where I have a little bookshelf, a lamp, and a beanbag chair so I can read in there. It is really cool!!! It is on our old street and I get to go to my old school! I see my old friends, who I haven't seen in two years! I am very happy with moving back to our old neighborhood!

Summer Camp!

Hi! This is me at Hidden Valley Camp, probably the best camp EVER!!! There are horse, art, and sports classes, and the camp mascot is a llama! I miss it right now. I love it there! Theres a lake, a pool, and a really cool treehouse!!! I'm going again!! I have so many friends there and I will make new ones this summer!

Tangled!!!

Today i went to see Tangled. It was a very good movie, but it was kind of sad at the end, but no one dies.:) my favorite character is probably Maximus the horse. I would NOT call it a girly movie. People might think so, but it's not. I would definitely reccommend it!!! :)
